FOOD: Ordered the carne salad and trout risotto. They were both excellent. I wasn't sure about the carne salad, but the taste grows on you after the 2nd or 3rd bite, and before you know it, the plate is cleaned.
PRICE: I'd say average. Everything cost right around €30.
LOCATION: Good location and away from the main streets.
OVERALL: worth a visit. Looks like locals like it here also. Within 30min of opening, this place was full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a lovely dinner here. Italian family owned, it is more cosy than some of the larger restaurants in the area. Service is great and food delicious. Reasonably priced although the cover charge is €2.50.

The staff was very nice, they also helped me to find a hotel very close by calling them directly, btw really appreciated. The food was an explosion a flavour! If you want to try something typical go for the canederli they were great !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This evening we ordered the tagliatta di angus and struzzo. The dish arrived cold. The meat was stone cold. I then asked if their apple strudel was warm. The waitress said it was. Strudel arrived stone cold and was tasteless. I was further shocked that after the dish was delivered no one came to check if we were happy with it (as is customary).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! You should absolutely go there if you are visiting Trento. The salty meat tartare was delicious! Also the strangolapreti had really the best sage aromatized butter I've ever eaten. Desserts were good too, served with a very tasty and light whipped cream, I suggest taking the treccia mochena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place in Trento. I came here every year since 2018 and I love it more every time. Service is outstanding! Food is delicious! I specially recommend the deer carpaccio. I like to think that my grandmother who was born here in Trento would have liked it very much. If you are in North Italy (Trento is just an hour away from Verona) do not miss this place, you'll be happy you came.
