★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero a Trento per lavoro e in quel poco tempo libero ho fatto due passi e sotto i portici ho trovato questo negozio d’altri tempi. Volevo i canederli è una volta entrato il titolare mi ha ben accolto e mi ha spiegato che li fanno loro a mano e come cuocerli. Il risultato è stato sublime: quelli al formaggio poi hanno un equilibrio è un sapore incredibili.
I was in Trento for work and in that little free time I took a walk and under the arcades I found this shop of yesteryear. I wanted the dumplings and once I entered the owner welcomed me and explained to me that they make them by hand and how to cook them. The result was sublime: those with cheese then have an incredible balance and flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere.. ho scoperto questo negozietto prezioso per via della pandemia 2020. I loro panini con affettato e insalata russa sono strepitosi. Li prepara al momento, prodotti freschissimi e di qualità. La ciliegina sulla torta è data dalla cortesia e gentilezza del titolare che non ha eguali in una città come Trento.
Not all evils come to harm .. I discovered this precious little shop because of the 2020 pandemic. Their sandwiches with sliced meat and Russian salad are amazing. He prepares them at the moment, fresh and quality products. The icing on the cake is given by the courtesy and kindness of the owner who has no equal in a city like Trento.

COMPLIMENTI !
