Personalmente mi sono trovato bene con i prodotti di questo negozio e ho fatto molte volte degli ottimi acquisti. Non siamo stati seguiti minimamente dalla commessa che ci ha fatto notare che non si potevano provare le camicie esposte sugli appendini. Purtroppo non vi era nessun cartello che lo segnalasse. È principalmente controproducente per il cliente, il quale si trova a provare "prodotti di prova" che hanno colore diverso e fattura diversa. Le camicie bisogna provarle! Assurdo il fatto di doversi accostare una camicia piegata sul petto e da lì decretare se è quella giusta . In secondo luogo è totalmente limitante per il personale che si ritrova a non poter aiutare il cliente. Nonostante tutto oggi mi sono fatto coraggio ed ho acquistato una camicia a "scatola chiusa", l'esito? Devo riperdere tempo per ritornare al negozio a cambiarla. È ridicolo il fatto della scusa della qualità del materiale e della prevenzione all'usura, se fosse realmente così allora anche tutti gli altri capi di abbigliamento dovrebbero essere a rischio e pure molti si possono provare. Sentirmi a disagio con le commesse vedendole con le mani legate, impossibilitate ad aiutarmi in modo serio è stata proprio una brutta esperienza. Prossima volta meglio andare su internet, il servizio è pressoché identico, come il rischio, guardare ma non toccare, ma almeno si può fare da casa senza perdere tempo.
