Ho chiesto una taglia e pur di vendermi la scarpa (in quanto non aveva la mia) mi ha convinto fosse un modello morbido che si sarebbe ammorbidito. Dopo averla indossata mezz’ora mi sono venuti i crampi ai piedi. Ovviamente non hanno nemmeno voluto cambiarmi la scarpa. Incompetent staff.
