The perfumery is well stocked but the staff, in addition to not knowing how to sell the products, is also rude, with particular reference to the manager who is rude, rude and not at all helpful. I will never go back.

Vergognoso 40 € in più. Non tornerò più in questo negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile, sono andato a comprare un profumo ed ho parlato con la responsabile Irene che è scortesissima, non conosce minimamente i profumi che dovrebbe vendere, non faceva altro che stare al telefono, risponde in modo maleducato e non ha neanche una buona presenza, sembra un salumiere (con tutto il rispetto per i salumieri). Oltretutto quando sono entrato non ho ricevuto nemmeno un buongiorno. Consiglio alla responsabile Irene di cambiare mestiere perché non è proprio capace, meglio che questo store Pinalli cambi personale perché altrimenti ci metterà poco ad andare in bancarotta.
Terrible experience, I went to buy a perfume and I spoke to the manager Irene who is very rude, does not know the least about the perfumes she should sell, did nothing but stay on the phone, answers rude and does not even have a good presence, it seems a butcher (with all due respect to the butcher).
