Formate il personale all’accoglienza dei clienti e alle buone maniere! I was today with a friend in the Trento shop, the saleswoman yelled at us not to try the testers and ok, let's wait for her to arrive while she finishes making cash but a person comes in and rushes to her and we stay a quarter of an hour wait for him to give us support, after more than twenty minutes we'll go! Nessun problema può capitare a tutti, ho fatto presente il disguido gentilmente visto che sono una cliente abituale, ma la scortesia che mi ha riservato la cassiera è stata alquanto fastidiosa. Sicuramente non ci ha fatto una bella figura anche a discapito di come lavorano le sue colleghe. Sinceramente non ho molta voglia di tornarci. No problem can happen to everyone, I kindly pointed out the mistake since I am a regular customer, but the rudeness that the cashier reserved for me was somewhat annoying. Alla mia richiesta è stato risposto che "il controllo viene fatto a campione perché come si potrebbe fare con così tante persone!!!" Dopo un acquisto mi reco alla cassa per pagare e la dipendente del negozio mi dice che in quel momento non può effettuare il pagamento perché deve fare una cosa più urgente e di ripassare dopo facendo attendere me e altre clienti allontanandosi del tutto dalla cassa . Le persone purtroppo sono sempre di corsa e a volte devono far combaciare orari questa richiesta mi è sembrata inutile e mancanza di professionalità .
