The owner is of a rare discourtesy, I have never seen such customers treated. It almost seems to bother entering the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria ha alzato il mio cane da terra e l'ha preso in braccio senza neanche chiedermelo. Quando le ho gentilmente chiesto di metterlo a terra è andata su tutte le furie e mi ha insultato.
Assolutamente nessun rispetto per il cliente.
The owner raised my dog from the ground and picked it up without even asking me. When I politely asked her to put him on the ground, she went mad and insulted me.
Absolutely no respect for the customer.

Ci vorrebbero molte più botteghe così, dove si trova direttamente la proprietaria che cura la propria selezione di prodotti e sa consigliare al meglio la clientela. Un'oasi rispetto alla bruttezza di chi fa acquisti solo online.
Great professionalism. The lady's advice visibly improved my skin. It would take many more shops like this, where the owner is directly located, who takes care of her own selection of products and knows how to best advise customers. An oasis compared to the ugliness of those who shop only online.

Proprietaria ed assistente alla vendita gentili, esperte & disponibili che ti accolgono in ambiente amichevole e rilassante permettendoti di provare con calma ed a lungo samples dei prodotti.
Un’ottima deviazione dalla classica (e ripetitiva) offerta delle ‘profumerie di catena’ offrendo prezzi piuttosto FAVOREVOLI!!

Very interesting range of products (with niche brands; famous and not).
Owner and sales assistant kind, experienced & available who welcome you in a friendly and relaxing environment allowing you to try samples of the products calmly and for a long time.
An excellent deviation from the classic (and repetitive) offer of 'chain perfumeries' offering rather FAVORABLE prices !!
