I strongly discourage unprofessional staff, they don't communicate, and they close the branches forcing people to lose half a day to make a signature

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi perdo tempo ad andare in filiale a resettare il mio account bloccato per qualche mistero, mi mandano via dicendomi che devo semplicemente reinserire le pssw e reimpostare le domande segrete, non funziona nulla chiamo il num verde e l'unica cosa che sanno fare dopo 40min è dirmi di ritornare in filiale... attaccandomi il telefono e dandomi assistenza con la musica di attesa rimasta in sottofondo... disgustosi
Bad time I waste time going to the branch to reset my account blocked for some mystery, they send me away telling me that I simply have to re-enter the pssw and reset the secret questions, nothing works I call the green number and the only thing they can do after 40min is to tell me to go back to the branch ... hang up my phone and assist me with the music on hold in the background ... disgusting
