★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli do il massimo dei voti perché è bella ed elegante come profumeria, però negli ultimi tempi l ho trovata un po' spenta e sfornita sul sito ci sono sempre sconti ed offerte dovrebbero farlo anche per i negozi fisici non solo per le vendite online, pure i prodotti the ordinary non ci sono tutti in negozio tocca acquistarli sul sito, io preferisco acquistare di più in negozio così mi faccio anche un giro e in più posso guardare ciò che acquisto
 I give it top marks because it is beautiful and elegant as a perfumery, but in recent times I have found it a bit off and out of the oven on the site there are always discounts and offers should do it also for physical stores not only for online sales, as well the ordinary products are not all in the shop, touch them buy on the site, I prefer to buy more in the shop so I also take a tour and more I can look at what I buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornito di tutti i prodotti che tratta Douglas, come tutti i punti vendita. Se la commessa attendesse due secondi in più per avvicinarsi e chiedere se si ha bisogno di aiuto, appena si entra nel negozio per osservare inizialmente, sarebbe meglio :)
Shop stocked with all the products Douglas deals, like all stores. If the saleswoman waited two more seconds to approach and ask if you need help, as soon as you enter the shop to initially observe, it would be better :)

Personale poco cortese, non mi hanno fatto neanche un pacchetto regalo mi hanno dato una carta orrenda e qualcuna maltrattata.. ho comprato 2 profumi importanti di 90 e 40 euro più varie cremine mani e trucchi per altri regalini... e non mi hanno dato neanche un campioncino. Mi sono quasi pentita di essermi fermata perché di solito mi servo altrove.Ci sono rimasta malissimo per la carta regalo orrenda e il rifiuto di fare un pacchetto.
Fairly competitive.
Unfriendly staff, they did not even give me a gift package they gave me a horrible card and some mistreated .. I bought 2 important perfumes of 90 and 40 euros plus various cremine hands and tricks for other gifts ... and they did not give me not even a sample. I almost regretted stopping by because I usually need it elsewhere. I was terrified by the hideous gift card and refusal to pack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ieri sera mi sono recata nel negozio al Maximall con il mio compagno che partendo da una descrizione voleva individuare un profumo. Ci Imbattiamo nella signora Giulia, che da subito, già durante i convenevoli, mentre il mio compagno parla lei si allontana per parlare con la collega alla cassa senza nemmeno scusarsi. Tornata a noi manifesta da subito un atteggiamento ostile e seccato sia verbale che non verbale dicendo che il profumo è soggettivo, che quello che è fresco per lei magari non lo è per noi. Che stiamo chiedendo la luna insomma... Dopo qualche minuto di suoi dinieghi pure abbastanza plateali faccio notare al mio compagno che la gentile commessa non aveva molta voglia di vendere, ringraziamo e ci congediamo.
Morale della favola?
All'interno del medesimo centro commerciale abbiamo trovato, in un'altra profumeria, una commessa molto più volenterosa che ci ha fatto presente che individuare il profumo partendo da una percezione personale non sarebbe stato facile ma nemmeno impossibile.
Indovinate un po'? Siamo usciti dal negozio col nostro bel profumo e tra ricerca e pagamento ci abbiamo impiegato meno tempo di quanto ne sia occorso nel tentativo precedente.
Bad experience. Last night I went to the Maximall shop with my partner who, starting from a description, wanted to identify a perfume. We run into Signora Giulia, who immediately, already during the pleasantries, while my partner is talking she goes away to talk to the colleague at the cash desk without even apologizing. When she returns to us, she immediately manifests a hostile and annoyed attitude, both verbal and non-verbal, saying that the perfume is subjective, that what is fresh for her may not be for us. That we are asking for the moon in short ... After a few minutes of his denials, even quite blatant, I point out to my partner that the kind saleswoman did not really want to sell, we thank and take our leave.
Moral of the story?
Inside the same shopping center we found, in another perfumery, a much more willing saleswoman who pointed out that identifying the perfume starting from a personal perception would not be easy but not impossible.
Guess what? We left the shop with our beautiful perfume and it took less time between searching and paying than in the previous attempt.

Considerando che ogni volta che entro in questo negozio nemmeno il tempo di respirare e le commesse ti stanno addosso facendoti passare la voglia di comprare sopratutto una commessa con accento calabrese e i capelli scuri però questa volta ho chiesto io per delle cose che dovevo comperare , dopo tante cose viste e dopo
Tanti tentativi di farmi comprare cose che non c’entravano nulla con ciò che mi interessava questa commessa mi dice che la palette da me scelta costava 42€ vado alla cassa e mi dice sono 50€ nonostante io le ho detto che il prezzo da lei comunicato era diverso lei con nonchalance mi dice cara ma le cose costose si fanno pagare e batte lo scontrino ... ditemi se è normale che una catena come douglas debba avere del personale così e in più si vedeva che non era per niente preparata su quello che vendeva ma solo accecata dal far spendere .
