Ho ordinato il balsamo all’avocado della Fructis da Garnier Che cera il foto e mi è arrivato il shampoo al burro di karité... Che tra l’altro non c’ è ad oggi neanche sul sito online la foto era del balsamo all’avocado che faccio fatica ad trovare ogni volta... Se cercate ad oggi (potrebbero cambiare ma ho la foto...) balsamo Garnier esce 2 foto di quello che volevo... una scritto oil repair e l’altro burro di karité PERÒ CON LA FOTO UGUALE!!! Che per sfiga guardando la foto e non leggendo bene pensavo fosse quello dell’avocado in FOTO comunque sia se fosse stato il balsamo non era un problema perché mi piace questa linea 3 oil repair che è ottima ma mi è arrivato il shampoo... Il SHAMPOO ma si può sbagliare così!?!?! Come si fa a dare delle stelle con un servizio del genere... Gli ho scritto e vediamo se mi rispondono e come mi rispondono nel caso ci torno per aggiornarvi... Unfortunately, 0 stars could not be given ... I ordered the Fructis avocado conditioner from Garnier That waxed the photo and I received the shea butter shampoo ... which by the way is not even on the online site today the photo was of the balm avocado that I struggle to find every time ... If you search today (they could change but I have the photo ...) Garnier balm comes out 2 photos of what I wanted ... one written oil repair and the other shea butter BUT WITH THE SAME PHOTO !!! That for bad luck looking at the photo and not reading well I thought it was that of the avocado in the PHOTO anyway if it was the conditioner it was not a problem because I like this 3 oil repair line which is excellent but the shampoo arrived ... SHAMPOO but can you be so wrong!?!?! How do you give stars with such a service ... I wrote to them and let's see if they answer me and how they answer me if I come back to update you ...

Arrivato con imballo super accurato per evitare possibili rotture, arrivato velocemente in due giorni dall’ordine (io sono di Verona). Nel pacco ho trovato anche il calendario della profumeria e un campione di crema della Biotherm. (It's hard to find it now). Arrived with super accurate packaging to avoid possible breakage, arrived quickly within two days from the order (I'm from Verona). Un’azienda seria prima di mandare un pacco con prodotti mancanti contatta il cliente, io ho fatto l’ordine esclusivamente perché mi serviva proprio quel prodotto,a saperlo avrei fatto l’ordine da un’altra parte; oltretutto il prodotto mancante costava € 7,20 e hanno pensato bene di scontare un euro dal rimborso e darmi il contentino con una fialetta di profumo.
