La commessa non è stata per niente disponibile, aveva poca voglia di fare. Preferivo di gran lunga la commessa di prima che è sempre stata gentile e di grande aiuto. Nn danno aiuti sugli acquisti... Partiamo dal presupposto che sono rammaricata dal cambio gestione in quanto dopo anni di fidelizzazione è stato uno shock non trovare più le commesse di prima. Ma la cosa più grave è essere tornata e avere trovato una freddezza nell'approccio con i clienti e una mancanza di voglia di vendere e aiutare il prossimo soprattutto dalla commessa dall'accento siculo riconosciuto in quanto anch'io lo sono. È vero il periodo è molto critico per tutti ma se non avete voglia di lavorare lasciate spazio a chi ne ha bisogno. I rarely write reviews, I prefer to relate frankly with people but honestly in some cases the comparison is zero. We assume that I regret the change of management because after years of loyalty, it was a shock not to find the same orders as before. But the most serious thing is to be back and to have found a coldness in the approach with customers and a lack of desire to sell and help others especially from the saleswoman with a Sicilian accent recognized as I am too. Diciamo che uno non torna proprio per i prezzi ma per lei, in qualche modo riusciva sempre a far uscire i clienti soddisfatti. Ho notato con rammarico che la signora non c'è più e questo dispiace.... Sicuramente il negozio ha perso una famiglia di 4 persone come clienti! N.b. Consiglio da cliente: le persone svogliate e poco competenti non possono lavorare con il pubblico! Sinceramente non capisco le brutte recensioni che ho letto, se dovessi dare un voto alla ragazza le darei sicuramente un bell'8...non le do 10 solo perché non aveva più il numero degli stivaletti che volevo prendere alla mia bimba?. Tornerò sicuramente. Ho trovato una commessa cordiale, il servizio celere e soprattutto puntuale nelle risposte. Di solito frequentiamo il negozio di Monza dove anche li troviamo la commessa molto brava e disponibile, tant'è che mia figlia vuole sempre passare a salutare FG ! Mi ha assistito alla vendita una ragazza molto carina, gentile, disponibile...... Sono sempre andata ad acquistare perché mi piace la qualità pur non soddisfatta della commessa che c'era prima, ma adesso che tutto è cambiato andrò ben volentieri perché mi sento a mio agio. Le recensioni negative che purtroppo ho letto penso abbiano sbagliato negozio perché non descrivono affatto la nuova realtà l'avranno confusa con la vecchia gestione. Propongo a chiunque di andare e constatare di persona sia il personale sia la qualità.
