Se potessi darei 0 Ho fatto molti traslochi internazionali e la peggior esperienza è stata con questa società: mobili segnati o sfondati, divani arrivati con fondo rotto, mobili rimontati male e che quindi sono stati poi smontati e rimontati da noi, sedie e tavoli scheggiati! Praticamente dovrei ricomprare tutto nuovo... Per non parlare della pessima organizzazione delle tempistiche, non sapevo quando sarebbero arrivati a destinazione fino al giorno che sono arrivati e mi hanno telefonato... e materiali per l’imballaggio molto scadenti!! NOT RECOMMENDED !! If I could I would give 0 I have done many international removals and the worst experience was with this company: furniture marked or broken, sofas arrived with broken bottoms, furniture badly reassembled and then disassembled and reassembled by us, chipped chairs and tables! Basically I would have to buy everything new ... Not to mention the bad timing organization, I didn't know when they would arrive until the day they arrived and phoned me ... and very poor packaging materials !!

Il personale gentilissimo ed efficientissimo. Quando dovro' fare un altro trasloco non avro' dubbi: La Rondinella! Perfect move, fast and painless. The antique furniture was wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap so that it would not be damaged during transport. The staff very kind and efficient. When I have to make another move I will have no doubts: La Rondinella!

Tutto è stato fatto a regola d'arte ed in pochissimo tempo. Una squadra di persone preparatissime ha curato ogni aspetto con estrema professionalità. Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta, non ci potevo credere! Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a loro perchè ti rendi conto di essere davvero in mano ai migliori!! Tra l'altro, raffrontati con altre primarie ditte milanesi, risultano di gran lunga i più competitivi e con i tempi di realizzazione più ridotti. Grazie davvero! I made a move to an apartment complete with all the furniture, kitchen, wall bookcase, many paintings, books, clothes in one day! Everything was done in a workmanlike manner and in no time. A team of highly trained people took care of every aspect with extreme professionalism. I was really satisfied, I couldn't believe it! I recommend everyone to turn to them because you realize that you are truly in the hands of the best !! Among other things, compared with other leading Milanese companies, they are by far the most competitive and with the shortest lead times. Thank you very much!

Lasciano ben 2 camion in doppia fila e se ne vanno al bar a fare colazione (a 500m di distanza) beatamente lasciando le chiavi nel camion e arrivano lentamente dopo 15 minuti facendo ciao ciao con la manina. Tutto questo alle 8 di mattina quando la gente esce di casa per andare al lavoro e non vuole aspettare i loro comodi per prendere l'auto! Complimenti alla professionalità! I did not move with them but wanted to report the lack of respect of their employees. They leave 2 trucks in a double row and go to the bar to have breakfast (500m away) blissfully leaving the keys in the truck and arrive slowly after 15 minutes making hello bye with the hand. All this at 8 in the morning when people leave home to go to work and don't want to wait for their comfort to take the car! Congratulations to professionalism!

Il gentilissimo ed efficientissimo William mi ha immediatamente seguito e supportato in ogni step in relazione al trasloco che ho organizzato per conto del mio Direttore Generale. Per esigenze personali ho ricontattato l'azienda per un trasloco di mobili nuovi con utilizzo di autoscala. Che dire ...non una conferma ...DI PIU'! Siamo stati seguiti dall'operatore Giampiero, bravissimo e soprattutto un vero professionista perchè far arrivare al quinto piano dei mobili nuovi anche con materiali delicati poteva rivelarsi una vera impresa ma quando le persone hanno in mano l'esperienza e la bravura tutto si risolve nel migliore dei modi!Mi sono talmente trovata bene che ho già riservato un prossimo servizio!I complimenti, sul finale, non possono mancare però per il gentilissimo Sig. The very kind and very efficient William immediately followed me and supported me in every step in relation to the move that I organized on behalf of my General Manager. For personal needs, I contacted the company for a new furniture move with the use of ladder trucks. What can I say ... not a confirmation ... MORE! We were followed by the operator Giampiero, very good and above all a true professional because getting new furniture to the fifth floor even with delicate materials could prove to be a real undertaking but when people have experience and skill in their hands, everything is resolved in the best way. I found myself so well that I have already reserved a next service!
