Mi hanno fatto diverse proposte ma niente che di concreto potesse avvicinarsi a quanto stavo cercando e avevo poco tempo.
Quando poi ho deciso di provare a contattare il titolare di quest'agenzia, Andrea, è stata la svolta.
Grazie alla sua disponibilità e alla sua professionalità è riuscito a propormi l'immobile giusto per loro alla prima proposta. Ha capito le ns esigenze e ha cercato la soluzione giusta per noi.
Questo lo definisco un "servizio sartoriale" proprio "su misura".
A Villafranca cercare un affitto è diventato impossibile, invece noi ce l'abbiamo fatta.

 I was desperately looking for a house for rent in the center of Villafranca for my grandparents, I went everywhere and asked anyone.
They made me several proposals but nothing concrete could come close to what I was looking for and I had little time.
When I then decided to try to contact the owner of this agency, Andrea, it was the turning point.
Thanks to his availability and his professionalism he managed to propose the right property for them to the first proposal. He understood our needs and looked for the right solution for us.
I define this as a "tailor-made" "tailor-made service".
In Villafranca looking for a rent has become impossible, but we did it.

Tante belle parole ma quando si arriva ai fatti cade tutto.
Pessima esperienza mia l’anno scorso:
Il proprietario ci ha letteralmente truffati e l’agenzia se ne è lavata le mani.
Di due miei conoscenti quest’anno: hanno dato la quota all’agenzia per poi ritrovarsi con l’appartamento scelto già affittato, nel frattempo i simpaticoni avevano preso il cliente.

So many nice words but when it comes to facts it all falls apart.
My bad experience last year:
The owner literally scammed us and the agency washed their hands of it.
Two acquaintances of mine this year: they gave the fee to the agency and then found themselves with the chosen apartment already rented, in the meantime the funny guys had taken the customer.
