Ho abvuto una pessima esperienza con loro: informazioni parziali e in parte false (ad esempio che c'era già una offerta per X mila euro, ma vincolata da mutuo, oppure informazioni su modifiche possibili, poi rivelatesi inesatte). Ha fatto totalmente l'interesse del venditore e non dell'acquirente. Pessima esperienza, mai più. Infine: titolare arrogante e antipatico. A Villafranca di sono agenzie molto più serie, dove ti accolgono con professionalità e con un sorriso.
Little transparency and partiality in the management between seller and buyer. I had a very bad experience with them: partial and partly false information (for example that there was already an offer for X thousand euros, but bound by a mortgage, or information on possible changes, which later turned out to be incorrect). It has totally made the interest of the seller and not of the buyer. Bad experience, never again. Finally: arrogant and unpleasant owner. In Villafranca di they are much more serious agencies, where they welcome you with professionalism and with a smile.
