Spero che il mio commento possa aiutare altre persone ad evitare questa PESSIMA agenzia. Ci siamo recati presso quest'agenzia per l'affitto di un appartamento a Villafranca. Inizialmente si sono presentati molto disponibili e cordiali (ovviamente avevano in mente i loro interessi). Col passare dei mesi, si sono presentati varie problematiche per quanto concerne la locazione dell'immobile.L' agenzia che avrebbe dovuto far da mediatore fra noi e il locatore non si é minimamente curata di offrirci un qualsivoglia aiuto nella soluzione delle problematiche. Anzi, è sempre rimasta scorda alle nostre richieste di aiuto e ignorando completamente le nostre esigenze. Given that I have never left a negative comment to anyone, this time I am forced to do so. Initially they presented themselves very helpful and friendly (obviously they had their interests in mind). As the months passed, various problems arose with regard to the lease of the property. The agency that should have mediated between us and the landlord did not bother to offer us any help in solving the problems. Indeed, it has always been forgotten about our requests for help and completely ignoring our needs.

Ho chiamato e ho aspettato di essere richiamata come mi era stato detto. Il giorno dopo ho richiamato per sapere quando e se sarei stata ricontattata. Nel pomeriggio ho ricevuto una chiamata a cui non sono riuscita a rispondere non avendo avuto nessuna indicazione sull'orario o almeno la fascia oraria della possibile chiamata... ho comunque richiamato 12 minuti dopo e niente chi se ne occupa era già impegnato di nuovo... e lo è stato anche per tutta la giornata di oggi, sono ancora qui che aspetto. Ma se si fa questa fatica per avere due informazioni, credo non andrò oltre nei miei tentativi, ma piuttosto proseguirò nell'altra trattativa lasciata in sospeso in attesa di informazioni su questo immobile. La critica non è rivolta assolutamente alla ragazza che mi ha sempre risposto cordialmente ma all'organizzazione. Preferivo a questo punto mi venisse detto che non è periodo e che c'erano cose più importanti a cui badare perché alla fine è questo che abbiamo recepito da questo comportamento. But if this effort is made to have two pieces of information, I believe I will not go any further in my attempts, but rather will continue in the other negotiations left open pending information on this property. The criticism is absolutely not aimed at the girl who has always responded cordially but to the organization. I preferred at this point to be told that it is not a period and that there were more important things to look after because in the end it is this that we received from this behavior.

Abbiamo sempre fatto tutto con Chiara, che oltre ad essere una grande professionista è anche una persona speciale, attenta alle problematiche e alle richieste sia del compratore che del venditore. Nonostante il proprietario abitasse lontano siamo riusciti a fare tutto senza alcun intoppo. Certo anche la correttezza del compratore e del venditore contano, perchè penso che spesso si dia la colpa all'agenzia che fa da intermediario anche se questa non c'entra nulla. Per la mia esperienza promuovo l'agenzia e Chiara a pieni voti. Grazie ancora, adoriamo la nostra casa !!! We bought a house in Villafranca with this agency. Sono stati inseriti i nostri dati a PC e, alla fine, nessuno ci ha portato a vedere casa, anzi ci è stato dato un appuntamento, in quanto tutti impegnati e/o in ferie. Abbiamo perso un'ora del nostro tempo per vedere foto e piantine che avevamo già visto dal sito internet. Bastava comunicare anticipatamente che non era possibile visionare l'immobile. A mai più.
