Dopo mesi senza alcun riscontro con una precedente agenzia immobiliare di Verona, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere un agente immobiliare dell'agenzia Il Castello, di nome Antonio che ci ha contattati telefonicamente per fissare un appuntamento per la valutazione del nostro immobile da vendere. Ci ha ispirato fiducia dal primo momento, ha valutato l immobile in maniera obiettiva senza gonfiare inutilmente il prezzo.Da lì ha poco , dopo qualche visita ha trovato l' acquirente. Ci ha seguiti dalla A alla Z dall' acquisizione della incarico di vendita, fino al rogito notarile, indicandoci professionisti nel settore che necessitavano lungo il percorso di vendita. Oltre alla tempestività nella vendita sono stati molto onesti nella mediazione immobiliare.Non fidatevi di agenzie immobiliari che promettono guadagni stratosferici pur di avere l'incarico in esclusiva, perché non fanno altro che compromettere la vendita dell'immobile. Abbiamo per gratitudine segnalato ad alcuni nostri conoscenti l'agenzia per la vendita dei loro immobili e a loro volta hanno ribadito lo stesso nostro attestato di stima. From there he has little, after a few visits he has found the buyer. He followed us from A to Z from the acquisition of the sales assignment, up to the notarial deed, pointing out professionals in the sector that they needed along the sales path. In addition to the timeliness of the sale, they have been very honest in real estate brokerage. Do not trust real estate agencies that promise stratospheric earnings in order to have the exclusive assignment, because they do nothing but compromise the sale of the property.
