★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo veramente lasciati allo sbando. Nessun servizio organizzato al cliente. Stiamo telefonando da vari giorni perdendo ore al telefono senza una risposta. Mandiamo email, ma nessuno si fa vivo. Fissare un appuntamento sul sito è cosa ridicola perché se non si rientra nelle voci in elenco si è esclusi. Pessimo servizio. Il direttore è consapevole della situazione?
We are truly left in disarray. No organized customer service. We have been phoning for several days, wasting hours on the phone without an answer. We send emails, but no one shows up. Making an appointment on the site is ridiculous because if you do not fall into the items listed, you are excluded. Bad service. Is the director aware of the situation?

Fatto presente il disguido la cassiera mi ha risposto stizzita che non mi ha chiesto questa cosa! Tanti slogan alle pareti ma dopo la verità è completamente un'altra cosa! La mia banca è differente! S C O N S I G L I A T I S S I M A ! ! !
