★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo incappati per nostra sfortuna in questa agenzia immobiliare. Alberto, il titolare, si è rivelato fin da subito una persona antipatica e piena di sé, talmente arrogante che è arrivato a screditare la figura del nostro geometra, della nostra persona di fiducia in banca e del nostro broker finanziario, dicendo che non erano in grado di fare il loro lavoro! Ne abbiamo girate tante di agenzie ma una parcella altissima del 4% non l'avevamo mai sentita! Quindi, oltre al personaggio poco professionale c'era anche la provvigione esagerata che non andava!
Il signor Alberto si vantava di essere il TOP della mediazione immobiliare quando in realtà il customer care tanto esaltato noi non lo abbiamo assolutamente riscontrato, anzi sono tutelati solo gli interessi della parte venditrice.
SCONSIGLIAMO VIVAMENTE QUESTA AGENZIA!

Alberto, the owner, immediately turned out to be an unpleasant and full of himself person, so arrogant that he came to discredit the figure of our surveyor, our trusted person in the bank and our financial broker, saying that they were not in able to do their job! We have toured many agencies but we had never heard of a very high fee of 4%! So, in addition to the unprofessional character there was also the exaggerated commission that was not right!
Mr. Alberto boasted of being the TOP of real estate brokerage when in reality we have absolutely not encountered the much exalted customer care, indeed only the interests of the seller are protected.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY!
