V	Valeriya Bulaeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportello 2 per legalizzazione del documento estero. Oggi il 12/04 sono stata trattata male da una signora con capelli biondi. Ha cominciato ad urlare dopo 1 secondo spiegandomi che il mio documento non va legalizzato perché il paese fa parte del consiglio Europeo. Ok, ma spiegami le cose in modo tranquillo. Ha cominciato ad urlare, è uscita dalla stanza e in modo molto aggressivo continuava ad urlarmi le stesse cose. Da suoi colleghi è stato detto che è normale! Ma da quando un comportamento da cafona e isterica soprattutto in un luogo pubblico va considerato “normale”?! Desk 2 for legalization of the foreign document. Today on 12/04 I was treated badly by a lady with blonde hair. He started screaming after 1 second explaining that my document should not be legalized because the country is part of the European council. Okay, but explain things to me quietly. She started screaming, walked out of the room and very aggressively kept yelling the same things at me. His colleagues have been told that this is normal! But since when should a peasant and hysterical behavior, especially in a public place, be considered "normal" ?!
C	Christine Marie Frias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, le persone che erano in turno sia i due poliziotti che le due signore negli sportelli erano gentili ed efficienti. Avevo l’appuntamento verso le 10 e dopo mezz’ora (dipende magari che tipo di documento) ho finito tutto per far legalizzare i due documenti dal nostro consolato compreso il tempo per comprare le marche da bollo.

Tutto sommato sembrerebbe anche ben organizzato, probabilmente una maggiore attenzione agli orari degli appuntamenti, sia delle consegne, faciliterebbe lo scorrere delle lunghe file. Inoltre un orario prolungato di qualche ora guasterebbe? 02/2022 is the prefecture's legalization sector, at least as regards those of its competence. All in all it would also seem well organized, probably a greater attention to the times of appointments, both of deliveries, would facilitate the flow of long lines. Also, an extended hours of a few hours would hurt?
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has 0 air conditioning. The woman at the counter could communicate in English - just barely. I had a problem because they made me go back and forth between my uni and the prefettura because they kept on refusing the signature on my documents (I wanted them to be legallized and they were signed by legal director of my uni). In the end my university administration and lawyer had to communicate with her/prefettura in order for the signature to be registered in the database. The woman of the prefettura was just doing her job but this was not a pleasant experience. It took 2 days of going to prefettura to finally fix the issue. But the very good thing was that I initially had an appointment for 2 weeks later but because I had an emergency, they gave me an appointment for the next day (you have to email them). Oh and most of the staff seemed quite figuratively dead. I assume it was because of intense heat and no air circulation, so you can't really blame them.
E	Emily Hafer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I inquired via e-mail about getting our Sworn Statement from the US Consulate Legalized for marriage purposes, and I received a response in less than 20 minutes! I had troubles making an appointment, as I needed a "fiscal code" that usually arrives in the mail for Italian citizens, so the official there made the appointment for me!! I am amazed at how helpful! Unfortunately, they close quite early at 1pm. Thank you!
S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to legalize a document and the lady at front desk was the rudest person. I would never recommend if you have to go to her, she was simply awful. I am disappointed because the reviews say the staff was very kind. The police officers at the office were very kind to me and explained the situation even if they could not speak English and were patient with my imperfect Italian; I am grateful for them. The young lady with brown hair could speak English (also according to past reviews) and refused to help me, she had a nasty attitude when i was asking what i should do about my documents and ignored me at the booth. She was the absolute worst, very nasty person. I hope my experience was just of this once person and the rest of the staff are as kind as the reviews say. Completely unprofessional from her part, but very lovely police officers.
D	Dilara Şallı on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady at the front desk is the rudest nastiest person that I’ve ever met in my life. It was obvious from her face that she is going to refuse the documents. She kept continue to refuse all the documents legalization not only for me but also for the other people. I wonder if she is really doing her job or she refuse all of this documents because she thinks she can. Don’t go there, find another prefettura. But if you go there by mistake try to talk with another lady (long white hair) she seems more happy from her life. Police officers were kind and nice.
