★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspettiamo da tempo che le prefetture, in larga parte inutili ma molto costose (il lauto stipendio dei prefetti - a fronte di quale esorbitante lavoro non è dato sapere - ne è un piccolo esempio), vengano eliminate. A dimostrazione della grande importanza di questo organo, la prefettura di Cremona si è più volte impegnata tra agosto e settembre 2019 nel caso "bollente" della ricorrente (in estate) pantera nera, rivelatasi poi un gatto (com'era peraltro evidente dal filmato). Beh, insomma, ci costa una cifra però vuoi mettere...chi ci proteggerebbe sennò dalle pantere nere del Po? Bah Bah Bah...Mala tempora currunt...
