★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di legalizzare due documenti e un impiegato mi dice che uno dei due non ha bisogno di legalizzazione. Naturalmente supponendo che il suddetto impiegato sappia fare il suo lavoro mi fido e non lo legalizzo. Dieci giorni dopo, fortunatamente, vengo a sapere che è necessario legalizzare anche il secondo. In pratica ho perso due mezze giornate di lavoro per niente. In un paese come il nostro è abbastanza vergognoso. Oltretutto vorrei fare i " complimenti " agli orari molto comodi per chi lavora , dalle 9 alle 12. Metto una stella perché non posso metterne 0
 I needed to legalize two documents and an employee tells me that one of them does not need legalization. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto richiesta per il cambio nome mandando una mail alla prefettura, e la risposta è stata:
“Deve prendere appuntamento e venire a fare la richiesta qua in sede in modello cartaceo”
Quindi mando una mail per richiedere appuntamento(come da loro suggerito) dopo mesi di attesa niente da fare, mille telefonate senza risposta… ma voglio capire una cosa cosa fate in questi uffici per non rispondere MAI al telefono?
I applied for the name change by sending an email to the prefecture, and the response was:
"You must make an appointment and come to make the request here on paper in paper form"
So I send an email to request an appointment (as suggested by them) after months of waiting, nothing to do, a thousand unanswered phone calls ... but I want to understand what you do in these offices to NEVER answer the phone?
