Ho comprato un kymco agility r16 plus per ben due volte (testa dura) fino a rendermi conto che mi hanno truffato dal primo istante fino all'ultimo. Sin dai primi chilometri ha sempre avuto problemi e ogni volta che la mandavo in riparazione DA Loro, tornava con un nuovo problema. Da quando ho cambiato meccanico tutto ciò non è più avvenuto e mi sento di dire che son stato fregato per 3 anni da sto vecchio panzone. Il collega giovane è sicuramente più disponibile ma la sensazione è che avesse le mani legate alla luce di una gestione imbarazzante del titolare. Appena entrato il venditore era impegnato e dando uno sguardo alle moto non sapendo quali aree fossero accessibili mi stavo per scendere la scalinata centrale appena si entra.....il venditore che era impegnato si e' rivolto a me davvero in modo scortese e cosi' non ho potuto fare altro che andar via! Ci sono cosi' tanti concessionari in giro che davvero non vale la pena perdere tempo con questo! What can I say .... lucky those who have been treated with courtesy because I have not found any! Alla firma del contratto avevo chiesto un tipo di antifurto e dopo la consegna mi sono accorto che non era quello pattuito, dopo essermi lamentato mi è stato risposto dal titolare che, per cambiare avrei dovuto sostituire il cablaggio a spese mie. Ho chiesto di fare al 50% la spesa ma ha rifiutato. Ho comprato un telo coprimoto e non mi è stato fatto nemmeno un € di sconto. Il primo tagliando é stato più costoso di quanto era preventivato. Dopo il tagliando la catena spruzzava sulla coda. Ho notato che il pedale del freno posteriore era leggermente piegato all'interno come se fosse schiacchiato ma di questo purtroppo me ne sono accorto tempo dopo verificando con moto uguali e per questo non ho mai detto nulla a loro.
