★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cracked the screen on my iPhone. It was still usable, so I did not worry. On the train from Rome to Florence, however, the phone froze up and would not allow me to do a hard restart. I went by the Apple store and they said I could come back the next day to pay 200€ for a new screen. I called Power Computers on another phone. They were open later than Apple, spoke English and asked me to stop by. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars, they reset the phone and put a screen protector on it to keep the glass safe. They could have charged me a lot more and I would not have known. Very nice. Very helpful. Very fast. They will take care of you too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop was excellent. Our son is studying in Florence. Laptop started smoking and screen was dead. He left it overnight for the crew to try to resolve. By noon the next day it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Very trustworthy shop. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best repair service I have ever had (including from the US)! They genuinely want to help you, and do it all for a reasonable price. They are extremely intelligent, reliable and welcoming. You can count on them to fix your technological needs. After examining my laptop, they held onto it for a couple days to monitor it over time, as well as encouraging me to stay in the shop and use it for 15-30 minutes, so you know for yourself it’s working before getting all the way back home! 10/10 recommend to all!!
(They are also fluent in English for any students studying abroad and having difficulty with language barriers)
