β β β β β The food arrived one hour later or didn't arrive (we've waited the calamari alla griglia for two hours). Tired of waiting we just left. It was a Monday evening, I cannot imagine how it gets during weekends. The waiter was drinking wine with friends instead of coming to the tables or at least explaining what was going on. The place is nice, the food is just ok and the service is terrible. I do not recommend it.

β β β β β We were waiting for the first order 40 mins and then after we chased them it was explained that there was a problem with the iPad. No more explanation and service.
We ordered a bottle of Prosecco. They did not bring any ice for the bottle. We need to ask for it twice.
When finally some of the food came no wasabi nor ginger was served. Again we need to ask for it.
Overall the service was really bad. Food was ok.

The food was fresh and the service was fast but not everything we ordered came in and not everything was tasty.
Overall , a good experience especially when you have sushi cravings all of a sudden!
Nice location and only 15 minutes walk from the center of Florence.
The interior is very nice too.
