Addirittura ad un signore davanti a me non hanno trovato una raccomandata a cui avevano mandato l’avviso. Inaccettabile ed è sempre così. La prima volta al totem non rileva il green pass e si forma la fila perché tutti hanno lo stesso problema (manutenzione?) Seconda volta vado direttamente dal cassiere e mi dice che il green pass non è valido (è valido perché è rafforzato e l'ho usato un ora prima). Bisogna dire ai commessi di aggiornare le app!!!! Pago il bollettino per pratica del fotovoltaico e non sanno neanche copiare. Scrive una cifra invece che quella del bollettino. Siamo alla frutta Embarrassing is to say the least. Dp un ora di attesa non mi hanno rilasciato la carta d'identità di mia figlia minorenne (4 anni) nonostante avessi con me la delega e la carta di identità del mio compagno... inoltre allo sportello, mi dicono che può essere ritirata direttamente da mia figlia(4 anni) o da mio compagno... Tralasciando quest' ultimo dettaglio, rimane impossibile prenotare dal call center, una seconda consegna, in quanto nessuno risponde mai se non il robot virtuale che ti prega di attende.... e con la quale ormai ci sono diventata amica...
