Chiedo se posso andare allo sportello lo stesso, spiegando l’accaduto. Vengo redarguita perché non sto attenta. Chiedo se posso completare comunque e mi rispondono di no. Sembrava quasi che ci godessero a mandar via l’utente insoddisfatto. Non credo sia colpa della pandemia se non c’è educazione. C’è modo e modo di rivolgersi a chi, a ragione o a torto, consideriamo poco attento. Quello che chiedevo era lecito, o sbaglio? E vogliamo ancora chiamarlo servizio pubblico? Absurd delays for any operation, closed counters even with queues and comings and goings of staff who seem to be playing blind fly. Absurd.
