BRANCH CLOSED FOR DAYS THEY SAY FOR DISINFESTATION BUT INSIDE THERE IS NO ONE FIRST TO TELL THE TRUTH AND PUT A SIGN AT LEAST FOR CUSTOMERS.

Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, per avere risposte bisogna aspettare in quanto rispondono che sono oberati di lavoro...vergognoso ma mi associo a una recensione già fatta da altri, per caffè con comodo e comarò tra colleghi il tempo lo trovano. Una delle peggiori banche, paghi un servizio che non hai e non seguono con la stessa attenzione le pratiche sui mutui, abbiamo chiesto mutuo per la prima casa, 50.000 euro a settembre e abbiamo ottenuto risposta negativa una settimana fa....3 mesi! In questa banca esistono clienti di serie A e clienti di serie B. Ma tutti vi fanno guadagnare il vostro pane quotidiano...pensateci bene prima di aprire un conto qui A star just to do the review otherwise I would not have put that either. Arrogant, rude and uninterested in solving customer problems and needs. But commendable in wasting time for coffee and chat with colleagues.

Anche che non vi siano persone in attesa di cui è richiesta la loro specifica competenza non mi pare professionale. Ci mancava vederli si facebook a postare status annoiati. "leave all hope or you who enter" slowness is the word that drives the bank, six branches an operator, staff behind a small group that laughs and chats, then goes out to go to the bar in the square and come back at leisure. Even if there are no people waiting for their specific expertise, I do not think they are professional. We missed seeing them on facebook to post bored status.
