Infatti i prodotti li abbiamo trovati buoni anche se migliorabili. Quello che ci ha lasciati stupefatti è l'assenza dei servizi igienici. Chiesto dove fossero alla barista, ci è stata indicata una porta con uno specchio (sulla quale non c'era alcuna indicazione di "toilette") e ci è stato detto che i servizi igienici erano fuori servizio. Ma è legale un pubblico esercizio senza servizi igienici ? We were passing through and stopped, attracted by the combination bakery-patisserie-bar: from the producer to the consumer, nothing better. Il locale non è grandissimo quindi certe volte, in caso di affollamento, si sta un po stretti o è necessario attendere qualche minuto il proprio turno; non c'è molto posto per sedersi, preferibile per colazione al banco. Caffè di ottima qualità e brioches/paste buonissime (calde). La stessa attività offre anche pane e prodotti similari, fatti a mano ogni giorno. Per concludere potete trovare anche deliziosi dolci e torte per ogni evento. Prezzo nella media. I use this place especially for breakfast. Good, available and fast service. Il locale vanta una buona tradizione di panificio e pasticceria che ben si integra con la zona bar. Ho assaggiato un cornetto ripieno alla confettura di albicocche, che in Veneto è comunemente chiamato brioche, veramente notevole per fragranza, gusto e qualità della cottura. Anche il classico cappuccino che lo ha accompagnato era di buon livello. Non mi aspettavo di meno, avendo osservato che era stato preparato con cura e col latte intero di alta qualità. Una buona miscela di caffè e la mano avvezza della barista hanno completato l'opera. Servite da portar via, 4 apolline non di giornata nel senso che la parte della sfoglia, non era croccante, ma morbida e gommosa, per non dire vecchia, tralasciando il gusto stomachevole dell'aroma al limone che potrebbe essere personale. A completare l'acquisto, dei biscotti, che sembrano sodi, ma si sbriciolano in mano. Il mio disappunto riguarda questi 3 prodotti e credo che vada riconsiderata la parola "croccante" disgiunta da morbida e friabile o almeno segnalarlo per una scelta consapevole.
