★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo e ottimo panificio e pasticceria a conduzione famigliare dove si trovano molti tipi di pane alcuni dei quali sentono fortemente l'influenza delle origini del Sud dei titolari. Raffinata ricerca dei grani e dei formati. Ottimi i dolci e le focacce, in periodo pasquale la stupenda pastiera napoletana... difficilmente si trova così buona anche a Napoli, e il casatiello un ciambellone salato ripieno.
