★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, mai più un'auto in leasing BMW. Sono 2 settimane che ho inviato la documentazione e i soldi per riscattare l'auto e tutti i giorni al telefono ottengo solo un muro dietro le parole "facciamo la segnalazione". Imbarazzanti! Peccato non si possa mettere zero stelle
Bad experience, never a BMW leased car again. It's been 2 weeks since I sent the paperwork and money to redeem the car and every day on the phone I just get a wall behind the words "we report". Embarassing! Too bad you can't put zero stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inompetenti, mi hanno addebitato per mesi la rata doppia, poi non bastando hanno sganciato il rid per errore e mi hanno inviato solleciti..ho passato più tempo al trelefono e mandare mail che a guidare l'auto
incompetent, they charged me the double installment for months, then not enough they dropped the rid by mistake and sent me reminders ... I spent more time on the phone and sending emails than driving the car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza tragica, è ormai un mese che attendo la chiusura di un semplice contratto di leasing, li contatto ogni giorno e mi rispondono che nel giro delle successive 24/48 ore verrà chiuso, ma senza MAI rispettare la parola data. Sicuramente un servizio e una gestione non coerente con quello che è il marchio.
ASSOLUTAMENTE da starcene alla larga.
