C'è un funzionario all'ingresso che dichiara agende piene di tutti gli agenti e regole della direzione. Via telefono difficoltoso il contatto. Sconsiglio vivamente tale agenzia a chi lavora perchè non ti possono seguire. I showed up on December 30th at 8.30 am for a consultancy appointment and the first availability presented is January 2nd. There is an official at the entrance declaring agendas full of all agents and management rules. Via telephone contact difficult. I strongly advise against this agency to those who work because they cannot follow you.

I kindly asked an employee if I could ask for information as I had been in the queue for a while she replied in a grumpy way that she did not have time ... so why does she work in the bank ... bad service and I was not the only one to complain ..

Sono scandalosi sto facendo bene a lasciarli ma non finisce qui sto allertando la assoconsumatori. I give a star because you can't do less, they kept me 100 euros for a fund that I had closed and the commission is paid back. Non so comunque avevo lasciato un messaggio per un problema di bancomat mi hanno richiamato un' oretta dopo e in 3 minuti il problema é stato risolto. Persona gentile e disponile. Incontro con impiegato solo su appuntamento ma al telefono non si ottiene.Bisogna recarsi in filiale dove incontri un impiegato veramente maleducato che ti fissa un appuntamento a distanza di 12 giorni. Faccio notare l urgenza e la risposta è “è così se vuoi “. Gli impiegati in generale sono gentili e corretti, Il problema è riuscire ad incontrarli. Molte altre sono le problematiche ma…. I have been a bank client since 1961 and in principle always excellent. For some months it has gotten worse a lot. There are several problems. Meeting with employee by appointment only but on the phone you cannot get it. You have to go to the branch where you meet a really rude employee who sets an appointment for you 12 days later. I point out the urgency and the answer is "that's it if you want". The employees in general are kind and fair. The problem is being able to meet them. There are many other problems but….
