★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a lavare delle camicie. La prima volta mi e' stata consegnata la camicia di un altro cliente, me ne sono accorto soltanto a casa. L'ho riconsegnata in lavanderia, facendone lavare altre e pagando il servizio in anticipo. Nuovamente mi hanno riconsegnato la camicia di un altro cliente. Me ne accorgo subito e mi dicono che troveranno la mia. Ritorno dopo 15 giorni e mi dicono....che un cliente ha portato loro una camicia che potrebbe essere la mia...la guardo, e ovviamente non e' la mia. Allora mi dicono di avere pazienza ed aspettare perche' un altro cliente potrebbe avere la mia camicia.
Allora dico....probabilmente mi avete perso la camicia? no, no la risposta, aspetta e prima o poi la riportera' qualcuno. Ho segnalato che oltre ad aver perso la camicia, mi hanno pure fatto pagare il servizio (a qualcun altro evidentemente....). Mi sarei aspettato almeno il gesto di restituirmi i soldi del servizio lavanderia, se non i soldi della camicia. Invece, ho ricevuto in cambio una sonora risata.
Che tristezza che la lavanderia piu' centrale di San Donato sia di questo, infimo, livello
Ci fossero zero stelle..
I took some shirts to wash. The first time I was given another client's shirt, I only noticed it at home. I returned it to the laundry, had others washed and paid for the service in advance. Again they returned another client's shirt to me. I notice it immediately and they tell me that they will find mine. I come back after 15 days and they tell me ... that a client has brought them a shirt that could be mine ... I look at it, and of course it's not mine. So they tell me to be patient and wait because another customer might have my shirt.
So I say .... you probably lost my shirt? no, no the answer, wait and sooner or later someone will bring it back. I reported that in addition to having lost my shirt, they also made me pay for the service (to someone else obviously ....). I would have expected at least the gesture of returning my laundry money, if not my shirt money. Instead, I got a loud laugh in return.
How sad that the most central laundry in San Donato is of this lowest level
