Ho chiamato per avere un'informazione, ha risposto una signora che dopo aver detto "mi spiace non posso aiutarla, salve" mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Ho richiamato 2 secondi dopo, questa volta risponde un uomo che prima mi chiede da dove telefono, e poi mi dice che non può aiutarmi. Chiedo dunque cosa c'entrasse da dove chiamassi, e dopo aver solo ripetuto "non posso aiutarla mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Cafoni e maleducati entrambi, se non amate il contatto col pubblico, cambiate lavoro.
A mai più!

I called for information, a lady replied that after saying "I'm sorry I can't help you, hi" she closed the phone in my face.
I called back 2 seconds later, this time a man answers who first asks me where I am calling from, and then tells me he can't help me. So I ask what it had to do with where I was calling, and after just repeating "I can't help you, she closed the phone in my face.
Naughty and rude both, if you don't like contact with the public, change jobs.
To never again!
