F	Fabio Pugliese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro in farmacia saluto chiedo educatamente un farmaco ricevo una chiamata e il farmacista con il baffetto mi ha rimproverato in modo arrogante perché ho risposto al telefono mentre stavo pagando (telefonata importante perché la mia compagna stava entrando a lavoro e doveva dirmi alcune cose importanti) chiedo un sacchetto e mi dice che è contrario a dare sacchetti (Il medicinale era per un mio cliente e non potevo presentarmi con la scatola in mano) Riferisco al farmacista che è stato scortese e che non andrò mai più non si scusa e mi dice va bene. Capisco che non è carino rispondere al telefono ma a un cliente non si rimprovera per così poco. E poi se ti chiedo un sacchetto non mi interessa se sei contrario lo avrei anche pagato. Per fortuna qui a San Donato ci sono altre farmacie. I go to the pharmacy. I politely ask for a drug. I receive a call and the pharmacist with the mustache scolded me arrogantly because I answered the phone while I was paying. a bag and he tells me that he is against giving bags (The medicine was for a client of mine and I could not show up with the box in his hand) I tell the pharmacist that he was rude and that I will never go again he does not apologize and tells me it's okay . I understand that it is not nice to answer the phone but a customer is not reproached for so little. And then if I ask you for a bag, I don't care if you're against it, I would have paid for it too. Fortunately, there are other pharmacies here in San Donato.

Well organized and equipped with everything. The staff are nice and very knowledgeable. The Locker service for the withdrawal of drugs is very useful.

Arrivato lì dopo venti minuti di macchina mi sento dire che il farmaco in realtà non era disponibile ma da ordinare. Unprofessional. Sorridenti le ragazze più giovani. Pure rudeness, especially from a person who, given the experience, should have set an example. I would have left immediately if I didn't need it. Risposta, non possiamo abbiamo lo stanzino occupato, stiamo facendo i tamponi. Quindi loro rifiutano un controllo che potrebbe mettere a repentaglio la salute di una persona, per fare i tamponi (15€).. Si capisce subito la professionalità , l'operosità e il senso di dovere. Complimenti.. Non puoi rifiutare un indagine strumentale come la misurazione della pressione. Fa parte del tuo esercizio. Siete una Farmacia e dovete dare servizio. Altrimenti chiudete e fate altro.. You immediately understand the professionalism, industriousness and sense of duty. Well done.. You cannot refuse an instrumental investigation such as blood pressure measurement. It is part of your exercise. You are a Pharmacy and you have to give service. Otherwise, close and do something else .. Bad experience ..
m	marcello stanzione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desidero condividere un elogio pubblico all'intero team della Farmacia Mulas ad iniziare dal Dottore perchè stanno affrontando in maniera egregia l'emergenza tamponi con una professionalità e una dedizione che va ben oltre i doveri del loro ruolo.Nonostante la pressione enorme e le code,riescono con impareggiabile spirito di abnegazione che è sempre più raro in questi tempi difficili e convulsi,ad evadere tutte le richieste e a soddisfare le centinaia di persone che per ragioni varie devono o desiderano fare i tamponi rapidi.Encomiabile anche la pazienza e la gentilezza nonostante a volte capiti qualche utente insofferente,nervoso e spazientito,loro mantengono un approccio alla persona che trasmette davvero un senso di umanità al servizio della collettività.Grazie Dottore e grazie a tutte le sue collaboratrici e collaboratori.
