★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pessima farmacia, c'è poco da dire. Vado con mio figlio in braccio, neonato, spiegando che mi servono dei fermenti lattici per lui che stava male. Mi danno un farmaco che poi scopro adatto dai bambini dai 3 anni in su (ma ce la fanno?). Ok li chiamo, avvertendo Cortesemente che l'indomani non posso restituirlo causa viaggio di lavoro e quindi da venerdì, potrei portarlo mercoledì. Loro risposta negativa perché passato "troppo tempo", nonostante l'errore fosse loro. Non ci torneremo mai più e spero che il più possibile le persone leggano questa critica e li evitino come la peste. Siete pessimi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo periodo di pandemia, dove CARA GRAZIA se si riesce a parlare con il proprio medico anche solo al telefono, loro vogliono la ricetta originale che il medico IN QUESTO MOMENTO, PER EVITARE AFFLUSSI NEGLI STUDI, ti manda via mail. Avevo una colica renale in corso, sono dovuto andare in un'altra farmacia dove fortunatamente c'è gente più sveglia per prendere quello che il dottore mi aveva prescritto su una ricetta in formato PDF.

Ad esempio con la linea delle tinte per capelli Bioclin mi trovo benissimo sia per il risultato copertura, sia per la delicatezza sulla cute. Anche se non è la farmacia più vicina a casa....è diventata il mio punto di riferimento.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff for advice. For body care they also have natural products and products for sensitive skin. Fortunatamente ci sono molte altre farmacie a San Donato che vi consiglio vivamente. Evitate di andare in questa.
Bad pharmacy, as already highlighted by the other reviews, the worst of my entire life. Absolutely not helpful and rude staff and pharmacy not provided at all. Fortunately there are many other pharmacies in San Donato that I highly recommend. Avoid going to this one.
