★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale del quartiere, sempre abbastanza affollato e con coda, anche perché da circa un anno c'è meno personale, ma gli impiegati attuali sono molto veloci e disponibili.
 Neighborhood post office, always quite crowded and with a queue, also because there has been less staff for about a year, but the current employees are very fast and available.

Ho preso un appuntamento per la consulenza, arrivo e mi dicono che oggi non c’è nessuno, mi chiedono di lasciare il numero di telefono, mi fanno pure una fotocopia della mia carta d’identità per essere contatta nuovamente la prossima settimana e ovviamente nessuna chiamata
Bad service !!!
I made an appointment for the consultation, I arrive and they tell me that there is no one today, they ask me to leave my phone number, they even give me a photocopy of my identity card to be contacted again next week and obviously none call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli operatori di sportello sono maleducati, alzano la voce verso i clienti, li istigano con frasi del tipo: "fai veloce che devo andare a casa". Il direttore non da i numeri ai clienti senza giustificato motivo
The counter operators are rude, they raise their voices to customers, they instigate them with phrases like: "hurry up, I have to go home". The manager does not give the numbers to the customers for no good reason

Questo merita una valutazione a stelle di -100 sotto zero. A volte ci saranno 50 persone in coda con solo 2 persone allo sportello. Ci sono circa 6 sportelli e la maggior parte sono sempre vuoti.
The worst post office in all of Italy.
This deserves a star rating of -100 below zero. Sometimes there will be 50 people in the queue with only 2 people at the counter. There are about 6 counters and most are always empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!! Sempre a lavorare solo 2 persone quando hanno 5 sportelli, c'è sempre circa 50 persone fuori ad aspettare anche dentro.
Non serve prendere l'appuntamento perche lo stesso ti fanno aspettare ore e ore
Terrible !!! Always only 2 people working when they have 5 branches, there is always about 50 people outside waiting inside as well.
There is no need to make an appointment because they make you wait for hours and hours

Too slow. Always doing something else and too much time is wasted. It would take more scrutiny from some of their officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non si possa mettere meno di una stella davvero lenti, fila assurda per mancanza di personale! 1 ora semplicemente per ritirare un pacco!!! Il peggiore ufficio postale mai visto in vita mia. Pessimo ma veramente pessimo.
Too bad you can not put less than one star really slow, absurd line for lack of staff! 1 hour simply to collect a package !!! Worst post office I've ever seen in my life. Bad but really bad.
