In tutte e tre le volte che sono andato ho potuto riscontrare anche io solo maleducazione ed arroganza.
Non vorrei andare mai più ma purtroppo sarò OBBLIGATO a farlo...
I am not surprised at all by all the other negative comments that emphasize the rudeness of the staff.
In all three times that I went I could also find only rudeness and arrogance.
I would never want to go again but unfortunately I will be OBLIGED to do so ...

Sconsiglio le Poste in generale ma più in particolare la sede di Mombretto, dove nel 95% dei casi, dopo aver avuto modo di cogliere le mie stesse opinioni riguardo al personale, uscirete dalla porta con le vostre faccende ancora totalmente irrisolte.
Totally incompetent, listless and arrogant staff. I do not recommend the post office in general but more particularly the Mombretto office, where in 95% of cases, after having had the opportunity to grasp my own opinions regarding the staff, you will come out the door with your still totally unresolved matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'ufficio postale di Zelo B.P. dove non sono stati in grado di servirmi, mi sono recato a quello di Mombretto dove si sono rifiutati di mandare una lettera di 600 gr negli Stati Uniti con il pretesto che "la macchina" era rotta da giorni. Sono stati molto maleducati e mi hanno detto di rivolgermi altrove. Sono riuscita a mandare il plico a Pantigliate dove sono stati molto gentili.
After the post office of Zelo B.P. where they weren't able to help me, I went to Mombretto where they refused to send a 600g letter to the United States on the pretext that "the car" had been broken for days. They were very rude and told me to look elsewhere. I managed to send the package to Pantigliate where they were very kind.
