Peccato non saperne il nome, ma si riconosce dall'antipatia che sprizza da ogni poro. Sconcertante come questa gente lavori al pubblico. Vergognosa. Alla mia richiesta di documentazione per Isee, mi stampa quella di due anni prima, alla mia domanda di avere quella dell'anno precedente, mi risponde in maniera strafottente "IO HO QUESTA!"...quando bastava rispondere che era il 12 di gennaio ed i dati dell'anno precedente dovevano semplicemente essere ancora elaborati da Poste Italiane. Cara Signora, Lei è al Pubblico, e la Sua professionalità dovrebbe obbligarLa ad essere gentile, educata e spiegare le varie problematiche. Se per Lei questo è troppo difficile o non ha voglia di farlo, Le consiglio vivamente di cercarsi un altro lavoro. s	silvia Giannelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i clienti sono delle volte scortesi, e pretendono troppo secondo me. arrivano all'interno dell'ufficio e non sanno dove prendere fogli o rimanere in fila senza incominciare a sbuffare. C'è scritto grande come un casa dove si trovano le cose, se non riuscite a vederli perchè avete gli occhi bacati non è colpa sicuramente di chi ci lavora. Poi se da una parte l'impiegato deve essere più gentile, anche i clienti lo devono essere. Sicuramente non stanno li a non fare niente e dopo una mattina che vedono persone che guardano male o devono solo rompere le scatole. la fila va rispettata. le persone anche. Quindi se i clienti non rispettano, perchè loro dovrebbero rispettarli? sono sempre persone eh, e stanno li per voi! quindi evitate, il servizio c'è, la pazienza no. customers are sometimes rude, and they demand too much for me. they come into the office and don't know where to get papers or stand in line without starting to huff.
