Le persone stanno in piedi in coda all’ingresso perché - giustamente - non capiscono come utilizzare i segna corsie che occupano la sala inutilmente. Il ricambio dell’aria è affidato alla porta di ingresso. Il posto è ben nascosto e non c’è alcuna insegna su via conciliazione...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettivamente, come dicono altri, non si capisce il perché della mancanza del sistema dei ticket. Però per esperienza non mi sono trovato per nulla male. L'impiegata è stata rapida e precisa.

Aspetto impaziente il giorno in cui sarete tutti sostituiti da un computer che “lavori” al posto vostro. Sarebbe sicuramente più gentile, intelligente ed efficiente. Impegnatevi e cercate di immedesimarvi in chi sta dall’altra parte, a volte basta poco per lavorare decentemente.
