★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegate molto maleducate e incompetenti. Sbagliano addirittura a chiamare I numeri creando disguidi e non accettano che glielo si faccia notare. Meglio rivolgersi ad un altro ufficio postale

commessa maleducata e incompetente,
chiamo per sapere se ci sono pacchi in giacenza, vista l'efficienza della posta (mi arrivano le bollette quando vogliono loro e già scadute),
mi dicono che devo andare di persona con il codice del pacco (manco fosse un segreto di stato), vado la e la ricerca la fanno con il nome dicendomi
che è inutile il codice del pacco, neanche con il mio documento davanti è stata in grado di scrivere correttamente il mio cognome
la risposta è negativa chiedo se me lo può tracciare e in modo scocciato e maleducato mi risponde che se non c'è non ce.
Disponibilità 0, rivolgetevi ad altri uffici postali è un consiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata alle 12.25 (per spedire un pacco già pronto con tanto di etichetta prestampata applicata), una signora in modo molto poco cortese mi ha chiuso la porta in faccia dicendo che era chiuso perchè avevano già altre persone da servire all'interno, peccato che sulla porta ci sia scritto bello chiaro CHIUSURA 13.35. Servizio Pessimo. Non ho ancora trovato un ufficio postale con personale competente e soprattutto EDUCATO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo pure io che la maleducazione e sempre presente dentro e intorno al ufficio postale in oggetto. L'organizzazione come il personale di questa filiale sembrano tornati dal medioevo. 5 ani fa un incaricato della filiale in oggetto aveva appoggiato una scatola contenente un processore con il valore di 500 euro fuori dal condominio a pochi cm dalla strada, in bella vista(consegna chiusa). Per fortuna lo trovato.
