★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevo mai spedito in vita mia, perché non avevo idea come si facesse, sono entrato per caso a chiedere informazioni, il ragazzo è preparatissimo e gentilissimo, ha imballato il regalo che dovevo spedire a mio figlio in Spagna e neanche dopo 2 giorni, mio figlio ha ricevuto il pacco, pienamente soddisfatto del servizio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spedizione UPS prevista in arrivo a questo drop point per il 23/12, ovviamente ultima possibilità di consegnare un regalo natalizio in tempo.
Alle 12.15 mi arriva la notifica di UPS che mi informa di aver consegnato il pacco presso il drop point, quindi alle 12.25 mi reco sul posto che però è già chiuso, nonostante l'orario di chiusura sia 12.30. Va beh, ha chiuso 5 minuti prima, pazienza.
Ritorno alle 14.45 per ritirare il mio pacco, ma l'addetto mi dice che il corriere non è ancora passato (anche se a me è arrivata la mail). Va beh, UPS ha lavorato male, non è colpa di nessuno. L'addetto mi lascia il biglietto da visita così che io possa telefonare e chiedere se il pacco è arrivato, entro l'orario di chiusura, ovvero le 18.30.
Per non assillarlo telefono alle 16.00 ma non trovo nessuno, poi alle 16.30, poi alle 16.50, ma non trovo mai nessuno. Decido di andare di persona, scoprendo un biglietto scritto a mano che dice "OGGI CHIUSURA ORE 16.30".
Morale della favola: consegnerò il regalo natalizio dal 27 Dicembre in poi, ammesso di riuscire a trovare il negozio aperto.
UPS shipping expected to arrive at this drop point on 23/12, obviously last chance to deliver a Christmas gift on time.
At 12.15 I receive the notification from UPS informing me that I have delivered the package at the drop point, then at 12.25 I go to the place which, however, is already closed, despite the closing time is 12.30. Okay, it closed 5 minutes earlier, never mind.
I return at 2.45 pm to collect my package, but the clerk tells me that the courier has not yet passed (even if the email has arrived to me). Okay, UPS worked badly, it's nobody's fault. The assistant leaves me the business card so that I can call and ask if the package has arrived, within closing time, which is 6.30 pm.
In order not to pester him, I call at 4.00 pm but I can't find anyone, then at 4.30 pm, then at 4.50 pm, but I never find anyone. I decide to go in person, discovering a handwritten note that says "TODAY CLOSING AT 16.30".
Moral of the story: I will deliver the Christmas gift from December 27 onwards, assuming I can find the shop open.
