★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Fondo è stato costituito nel 2000 in applicazione della Legge n. 196/1997 (c.d. Legge Treu) che introdusse nel nostro ordinamento la fornitura di lavoro temporaneo.
Forma.Temp svolge la sua attività sotto la vigilanza ed il controllo del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali e trova la sua fonte normativa attuale nell’art. 12 del D.Lgs. 276/2003 e s.m.i.
Forma.Temp è finanziato con il contributo, a carico delle Agenzie per il Lavoro, pari al 4% delle retribuzioni lorde corrisposte ai lavoratori somministrati.
 The Fund was established in 2000 in application of Law no. 196/1997 (so-called Treu Law) which introduced the provision of temporary work into our legal system.
Forma.Temp carries out its activity under the supervision and control of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and finds its current regulatory source in art. 12 of Legislative Decree 276/2003 and subsequent amendments
Forma.Temp is financed with the contribution paid by the Employment Agencies, equal to 4% of the gross wages paid to the workers administered.
