Un servizio postale molto disorganizzato, siamo stati più di un ora al gelo.
Oggi: dentro all’ ufficio postale saremo stati una dozzina di persone e fuori ancora ad aspettare un’ altra dozzina.
Questo perché allo sportello c’ è stata solo una commessa.
Un paio di giorni fa: un commesso molto ma veramente molto maleducato, si è permesso di dire che siamo dei mongoli (sicuramente credendo che dietro ad una parete di vetro non si sarebbe sentito). A me personalmente ha fatto un servizio scadente, lui molto seccato per un mio piccolo sbaglio(non avevo abbastanza soldi nella carta per pagare tutto)dice “ma come si può uscire senza soldi”. Alla fine della pratica prima di recarmi all’ uscita dico al commesso “ lei è molto maleducato” lui risponde urlando avanti a tutti “ma è lei signora che non ha soldi” una cosa veramente penosa… da querela.

A very disorganized postal service, we spent more than an hour in the cold.
Today: inside the post office we will have been a dozen people and outside waiting for another dozen.
This is because there was only one order at the counter.
A couple of days ago: a very, really very rude salesman, took the liberty of saying that we are Mongols (surely believing that behind a glass wall he would not have heard). To me personally he did a poor service, he very annoyed for my small mistake (I didn't have enough money in the card to pay for everything) he says “but how can you go out without money”. At the end of the procedure, before going to the exit I tell the clerk "you are very rude" he replies yelling in front of everyone "but she is the lady who has no money" a really painful thing ... a lawsuit.
