★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho notato scorrettezza e poca eleganza di trattamento. Prima si tentennava a richiedere il prezzo della spedizione di un pacco in Germania, poi dichiaravano che i prezzi sono aumentati. Non era vero perché altri gestori hanno chiesto 13 euro in meno.
I noticed incorrectness and little elegance of treatment. First they hesitated to ask for the price of shipping a package to Germany, then they claimed that the prices have gone up. It wasn't true because other managers asked for 13 euros less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto delusa, si sono comportati in modo poco professionale. I pacchi sono arrivati a destinazione rotti, bucati, con merce addirittura mancante. Un elettrodomestico come il Bimby bucato, le bottiglie di salsa rotte...scatole con su scritto "Fragile" perché contenenti servizi di piatti imballati con materiale adatto, in mille pezzi. Mi era stato detto che avrebbero imballato tutto in un unico blocco, per rendere il tutto più sicuro, poi non è stato fatto. Non è professionale.
Very disappointed, they behaved unprofessionally. The packages arrived at their destination broken, punctured, with even missing goods. An appliance like the Thermomix with a hole in them, broken bottles of sauce ... boxes with the wording "Fragile" because they contain sets of dishes packed with suitable material, in a thousand pieces. I was told they were going to pack everything in one block, to make it safer, but it wasn't done. It is not professional.
