V	Vito Fiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimane molto difficile trovare persone scortesi come in questa filiale sottolineo non tutte....... la scortesia è alla base e sto parlando del servizio allo sportello se poi per sbaglio si fa una telefonata e si chiede una cortesia di un'operazione di 30 secondi Fanno di tutto perché sia tu a svolgere la cosa davvero un impegno inesistente Credo che per le Poste Italiane sia una macchia molto grande ed indelebile se non fanno qualcosa. Se lo possono permettere perché sono statali perché in un posto privato le avrebbero già sbattute a casa. come ha scritto un’altro signore è troppo anche una stella VERGOGNA !!! Whenever I find a notice to come to the TREMO post .. they are rude, unpleasant, not professional at all. They can afford it because they are state-owned because in a private place they would have already thrown them at home. as another gentleman wrote, he is too much even a star SHAME !!!

Personale scortese, file chilometriche e solo 1 (od al massimo 2)sportelli aperti sebbene ci siáno sempre "impiegate" sedute al terminale a fare non si sa che cosa... Classico esempio di servizio pubblico a posto fisso "italian style" The worst posts in the entire province of Bologna. Rude staff, long queues and only 1 (or at most 2) counters open although there are always "employed" sitting at the terminal to do you do not know what ... Classic example of "Italian style" fixed-seat public service

Nessuna comunicazione scritta su questa organizzazione fantasiosa che ti vede fuori all'orario di chiusura,nonostante l'eliminacoda continui ad erogare i biglietti.
