Bad service, as always when you go to any post office. Very slow and with only one door open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se sei fortunato ed è presente Marisa tutto funziona altrimenti......... Comunque non si può tenere un ufficio postale aperto solo 3 giorni all'interno di un centro come il centergross è da pazzi
If you are lucky and Marisa is present, everything works otherwise ......... However, you cannot keep a post office open for only 3 days in a center like centergross is crazy

Kind, professional. They do not delegate to larger post offices. They know the customers. They advise on the best solutions and spend time listening to the needs even just for sending a package. Professionalism and availability go hand in hand with country humanity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per quanto riguarda la signora che è allo sportello darei 10 stelle per la serietà gentilezza e competenza. Per tutto il resto zero nessuna collaborazione da parte di chi è chiuso in ufficio quando è piena la posta con file kilometriche. Un po' di vergogna la avrei.
as far as the lady who was at the counter I would give 10 stars for the seriousness kindness and competence. For everything else zero no cooperation from those caught up in the office when full mail with kilometric file. I would have a little shame.
