 In general the service is good, recent boats available in the Marina of Moniga. Really a pity the free and rude jitters between the girl at the reception and the boys who deliver the boats.

Very friendly first contact for reservations on the phone in the best German. Everything went well and quickly. Had an unforgettable 4 hours by boat on the lake. We can absolutely recommend it. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reibungsloser Ablauf, von der Online-Reservierung bis zur Abgabe. 1 Stern Abzug aufgrund kleiner Mängel am Boot, welche behoben werden sollten (Defekte Tachometer, Dachgestänge). Es war trotzdem ein toller Halbtagstrip zu einem fairen Preis.
Smooth process, from online reservation to delivery. 1 star deduction due to small defects on the boat, which should be fixed (defective speedometer, roof bars). It was still a great half day trip for a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ go to rappy. more professional there. no service and poor quality at pollini. ask for big bucs but dont give any attention. customer service is not existing. never ever again. if you want to avoid anger, go everywhere else, but not pollini. waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Promised a refund after taking an over-charge on our credit charge after a fiasco with the petrol station... AVOID THIS PLACE. There are so many other options around the lake... why bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad experience with this rental company. We negotiated to rent a specific boat at 14:00 o’clock. On a rental day we came at 13:45, personnel said to wait befouled the boat is still in the lake. At 14:15 personal said the same thing, at 14:30, said that it will come only at 15:00 o’clock. They offered another boat, but it was bigger and not suitable for our needs, we rejected the offer. After one hour of delay, the boat came to the gas station. It was not clean. There even was a web in some places. Continuing on, the most needed option for us didn’t work – the toilet didn’t flush. And on top of that, the skipper didn’t speak English, so the whole ride we had to use a translator in order to tell where to go, but still, he was choosing his own paths to go and any new suggestion was a problem for him. So, all in all VERY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK from us.
