β β β β β The people were very nice. We called because we were delayed because of traffic and they changed something in the skedschule so that we could use a boat whenever we arrived and we didn't have to pay extra! Very nice service. Thank you.

β β β β β I booked boat in this location but when I arrived my Reservation name was in other place and so I loosed my riding booking time. Make sure when you're book through this location the name on your booking contract is Boat Garda and not Go Sail βοΈ

β β β β β this not a nice company, the people are very unfriendly. we wanted to drop someone on the jetty and they immediately came to us with a broom and said that he had to get off immediately or else. I would not recommend this rental company

β β β β β We hired a boat for 4 hours, intending to use is for 1 hour, park up for 2 and then use for a further 1 hour, so 2 hours engine time (this boat burns about 10 euros of fuel per hour). On arrival the boat was not prepared and required fuel, this delayed us by 30 minutes. We were advised to refill on the way back, but the hirer failed to advise us that the nearest fuelling station would close early. We headed back, allowing enough time to re-fuel and return the boat on time, but wasted 20 minutes at a closed fuelling station and being close to our return time had to return the boat without re-fuelling. We explained this on return, but the hirer just kept pointing to the hirer agreement and wanted to hold back 80 euros of our deposit (20 euros per hour hired) after explaining the engine was only used for 2 hours and they failed to tell us about the closed fuelling station, we felt this was unfair. We then agreed to keeping 50 euros of the deposit, although the fuel used totalled about 20 euros. The boat ride was fun, but the greedy, unfair behaviour of the owner, spoilt the experience.

β β β β β We rented a Ranieri 40 cv in Bardolino for 4 hours. Great customer service, clean boat, new engine, friendly and professional staff. We were given a lot of useful information for our itinerary around the Lake Garda and technical regulations around the lake navigation. We highly recommend them!

β β β β β Very friendly people! We did the 3 hour rental and it was the best thing we did in lake Garda, so much fun and a great way to explore the lake. We got our deposit back no problems, would definitely recommend!

β β β β β We rented a boat with 4 persons for 4 hours, had a great time. The boat was clean and well maintained. The service was great and the explaination of where we could go and not was clear. They also helped with boarding someone in a wheelchair without any hesitation. Will probably rent here again in the future.
