Dopo avermi fatto entrare mi hanno chiesto di andare via perché erano le 19.30 e alle 20 dovevano andare via. Questo nonostante una mia telefonata preventiva in cui chiedevo di poter passare. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. The non-commissioned officer treated me arrogantly and presumptuously. Mi hanno rifiutato la richiesta di rinnovo del passaporto perché secondo loro il coniuge deve essere presente sul posto, quando nelle stesse istruzioni allegate al modulo della Questura è scritto che basta il consenso scritto del coniuge (necessario solo in caso ci siano figli minori). Ho richiesto e ottenuto il passaporto ad un altro commissariato, presentando il consenso scritto, senza problemi. Al commissariato di via Forlì mi hanno trattato malissimo perché secondo loro non ero ben informata... Rude, arrogant and incompetent.
