Rispetto alla concorrenza non ci sono i prezzi esposti, che sono differenti se ti presenti come titolare di partita iva o se sei un privato (a costi maggiori). La ritengo una cosa poco seria. Mi hanno mandato alcune confezioni del battiscopa di misura sbagliata facendomi storie per il cambio. Per finire in bellezza ho ordinato il mobile del bagno composto da mensola per il lavandino,il cassettone e lo specchio, specificando al momento dell'ordine che volevo tutto di misura 105. Controllando l' ordine sembrava tutto giusto. Mensola 105,specchio 105 ,cassettone 105 con top in rovere 105 aggiungendo sotto la voce fianchi 1,2 ma onestamente non posso sapere se sono in più o già compresi nella misura del cassettone . Mi arriva tutto il materiale ,controllo che ci sia tutto e che sia integro. MA a causa di alcuni rallentamenti dei lavori di ristrutturazione viene montato il mobile circa due mesi dopo ed ecco qua la sorpresa. Il cassettone è più grande cosi come il top. Contatto subito il venditore tramite email e telefonicamente , e mi dice che l'ordine è giusto rimanendo fermo nella sua convinzione. Una volta fatto notare per bene l'errore se ne è uscito dicendo che cmq ormai sono passati 2 mesi per il cambio e che l'unica soluzione è quella di riordinare il cassettone e quindi ripagarlo. assurdo. Siamo stati accolti benissimo dal sig.Flaminio, ci ha fatto vedere di tutto e consigliato al meglio facendo sul computer anche la simulazione di come verrebbe il nostro bagno. Siamo usciti soddisfatti e sicuri . Grazie perché in qs negozio il personale ti aiuta a prescindere se acquisti o no, mentre in altre parti non ci hanno perso molto tempo con noi e la simulazione viene fatta solo se acquisti.
